Your Store Description – It’s important for your potential customers to have an idea of what kind of store they are shopping from. This is where you can go into a bit about your brand story, your unique selling point, etc.
For example, for a beauty and skincare brand that sells products specially formulated for people with dry skin conditions can have a description like “We are a beauty and skincare company that creates skin-loving products for people with dry skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and so much more”. This communicates your business category and the differentiating factor and helps customers understand your value proposition.
Your Shipping Policy (if this applies) – Your customers will want to know how long it will take for orders to get to them, this is something you can add to your Flutterwave Store description so they know where you deliver to and how long it will take for their orders to get to them.
